Sacrentals.com requires that each adult applicant completly fill out a separate application, print out both pages, sign the back page and present it to the agent/landlord at time of showing. This will ensure that your time dated application is processed in the order that it was received. A $30 application fee must be paid to the showing agent prior to processing your application.
As a convenience, out-of-town applicants can fax their completed rental application to the Sacrentals.com secure application fax at 916-454-1200 where it will be held pending applicant/landlord approval.Your credit information will be kept strictly confidential. In the interest of credit security, aborted or abandoned applications will be shreaded after 15 days.
Tip... For ease of use, first save the file to your computer then open it and use your tab key to navigate the blanks. Please do not use your enter key when navigating the form so as not to distort the formating. If your printer warns you that it will not print closer than 1/2 inch from the edge of the margin, ignore the warning window by clicking OK. This is a Norton Certified Safe file. Download the file, save it to your desktop, print it out, sign it and give it to the agent/owner at the time of showing. Prior to processing each adult applicant will need to pay the showing agent/owner $30 for each application. Call the contact person listed for the particular property you have selected and bring your completed and signed application to your scheduled showing along with a credit check fee of $30.00 for each adult applicant. No application will be processed without payment of the fee to the landlord or showing agent. Payment can be made in cash or check. Please make check payable to the appropriate landlord. Upon paying your fee and approving the property you are free to fax both sides of your application to 916-454-1200. Sacrentals.com will process your application only after the showing agent has verified that your fee has been paid and you have determined that the subject property meets your requirements.
